After too many years of story-telling on the stage, I have to unleash some of my more fanciful tales through the comics medium. I have dabbled in comics for years, graduating from the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Arts and working in Rick Parker's Barking Dog Studio on Marvel Comic's Beavis and Butthead, among others. I also squelched my creativity as an illustrator for NUI Gas, Tabachnik Soup, Gender Bender Greeting Cards and Johnson & Johnson Corporation. Meeting Sandra, the love of my life, encouraged me to venture into marraige, and, as a result, delve into teaching in a uninformed belief that it would bring my new family security. I satisfied my creative muse by acting, writing and directing for the New Jersey Renaissance Festival and later for the Buck's County Renaissance Festival in Wrightstown. It was through creating the Pepsi advertisements for the back og the NJ Ren Fest programs that I developed Cornelius the Unicorn and Goblin Girl (although she was not known as such back then). I drew them in various fantasy scenarios quenching their thirsts and new characters were added as the years passed. Eventually, the world of Unicornicopia came into genesis and I knew I had to tell the story in graphic form. That was more about me than I wanted to share, but, to make a long story short, Unicornicopia is as much about me and my world as it is about fantasy. I hope you enjoy it in spite of that fact.
